You will notice that the Itasca log times do not correspond to simulator local time when the GMT time is set. This is because the Itasca decided to log local time - minus 30 minutes. You should mentally subtract 30 minutes from your aircraft clock to match the Itasca's log time for Earhart's radio transmissions.
